When you apply for the position, you will need to select one of the resumes you have uploaded to our website. This will be the only resume that the employer will see. Remember, you can have 3 resumes (up to 10 on a VIP plan) with Staffing Online. Also, we can choose to have your resume set to private. When you choose the private setting the employer would contact you if they are interested in you, and would like for you to send them your resume.
