We highly recommend upgrading your profile status. We offer 2 upgrade options: Bold & Color and VIP Status. With the VIP Status, you can have up to 10 pictures per resume (total 100 pictures), receive priority job alerts, and have priority listing when Employers search for candidates. Also, be as detailed as possible! Fill out as much personal information in the personal profile section. We also recommend having 4 resumes targeting different types of employment.
